Free shipping included in all orders. 12-14 day turnaround time after artwork approval. Some delays can happen if there are any issue with supply chains.
Certainly! We will send you an email with your tracking link within 2 business days after order is complete from production.
We do not offer returns on any Custom Printed Products.
Our goal is to get the custom printed products right the first time and heavily rely on our clients to help us achieve that.
Our product mock-ups show what the finished product will look like
and it's up to the client to make sure that we have it correct before
final approval.
After final approval all of our products go into the production phase and are carried out based on the final design mock-up approval.
If there are any errors on our end
during the printing process we will offer to reprint that product for
you but we unfortunately won't be able to accept a return.
